Returns and Exchanges

We hope you and your pup love your Luxie Paws order! But if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returning your order

For online orders, please tell us within 14 days of delivery that you'd like to make a return, by email or using the contact form. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Checking the fit before use

Because harnesses, leads, and collars are worn items, please check the fit and finish before your pup wears the item out and about. Try it on indoors first. Once a harness, lead, or collar has been worn outdoors, we can't accept a return unless it's faulty.

Sizing

Not sure which size to pick? Check our size guide or get in touch before ordering, and we'll be glad to help you measure your dog correctly. If you ordered the wrong size, as long as the item is unworn and unused, we can exchange it for the right size.

Faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty with normal use, contact us with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we'll refund you to the original payment method.
